Coordinated Consulting Services (CCS) assists government, non-profits, and private organizations with Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP), Emergency Planning, and Training and Exercises.

     Based in Oregon, Coordinated Consulting services offers customized preparedness solutions to meet the size and scale of any organization. Our projects range from small plan updates and rewrites to developing large-scale, community-wide plans, training and exercises. At any phase of the planning, training, exercise and improvement planning cycle, CCS can assist.

They are consortium of experienced independent planners, emergency preparedness professionals, public health specialists, and trainers that work together to meet the specific needs of our clients.

They work closely with state and local governments, healthcare institutions, private sector partners, and community agencies on a wide variety of topics including: emergency and business continuity planning, training and exercise, public information and risk communication planning, community outreach and coalition building.
